In Odessa, a rally fights in the Duma: I want the resignation of the mayor – photos

In the morning the city Council building, where at 10:00 the session began, cordoned off by law enforcement. From time to time between some of the protesters and the police clashed.
Around 10:30 in the session hall wanted to pass the protesters with the symbols of the Freedom and Nazarus, but the guards didn’t pass them – supposedly “crowded room”. Attempt to enter the building through the side entrance also did not succeed.
Around 11:15, police used gas to suppress the riots, detaining several protesters. According to the source, protesters also used gas and pushed police officers.
Police urged protesters not to disrupt public order, declaring that all events that occur in the Odessa city Council, “documented”.
“To them, as well as those who took part in them will be given proper legal assessment”, – said the police.
At 11:30 the police reported that in fact the conflict between protesters and law enforcement officers initiated criminal proceedings under part 4 St. 296 criminal code (hooliganism).
Medical care asked 20 police officers and 16 national guardsmen.
Later, some protesters went to the regional Prosecutor’s office to demand the dissolution of the Council, it went to the Prosecutor of Odessa region Oleg Zhuchenko.
