In Odessa, a foreigner by the name Dick became a candidate of Sciences

KIEV. 16 Oct. UNN. Citizen of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam vu Ngoc Dick successfully defended his thesis at the Odessa national Polytechnic University. About it the journalist of UNN was reported by the Vice-rector for international relations of Odessa national Polytechnic University, Vyacheslav Shobik.

“Yes, on 10 October, he successfully defended his dissertation. Unanimously recognized that its results deserve the degree of candidate of technical Sciences,” said Shobik.

According to him, the thesis was related to IT technologies.

At the same time, the edition “Duma” reported that Wu Ngoc Dick chose as the subject of the thesis “Models and methods for dynamic generation of content based on characteristics of the system of transfer and acceptance”.

Additionally, in the past year, the Kiev district court of Odessa satisfied the claim of vu Ngoc Dick, which is required to correctly specify its name in Ukrainian in the diploma of Odessa national Polytechnic University.

In the Vietnamese passport of the foreigner written as Vu Ngoc Huy that Ukrainian residence permit was transliterally as vu Ngoc Dick. In University it was considered a visa for entry to Ukraine, in which the name is recorded with an error – Huu. Subsequently, this option is passed and a diploma.
