In Kirov announced the resumption of the investigation into 18-year-old

The Investigative Committee of the Kirov region announced the resumption of a criminal investigation 18-year-old about the kidnapping of a child.

As the portal progorod43.ru, eight-year-old Sergei Mussinov was kidnapped on 26 September 2002 from the school №70.

A criminal case was instituted under articles “Kidnapping” and “Murder juvenile”. However, to establish the whereabouts of the boy and the personality of the person who could commit a crime, failed.

Now investigators using modern forensic equipment and conduct the examination in order to find the missing and the kidnapper.
