In Kiev arrested the suspect, who under the guise of providing tourist services appropriated funds paid for tickets to Greece the parents of children who are engaged in artistic gymnastics.

This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of Kyiv.
“The intruder in February of 2018 received from parents of young children involved in rhythmic gymnastics in schools of Obolon district, funds in the amount of nearly 90 thousand UAH for the purchase of 25 tickets to Athens and back to visit children in the camp. However, paying money for tickets, the young passengers did not get on the plane. Director of travel Agency of its obligations not performed, and the resulting funds were disposed of at their discretion”, – stated in the message.
The prosecutors said that the suspect for a long time shied away from investigative actions, therefore the permission to its detention for the purpose of delivery in court for election of a measure of restraint provided by the court.
“The results of carried out quickly-search actions the location of the suspect was established and on 17 July made her arrest in the Pechersk district of the capital. To date, at the request of the local Prosecutor’s office suspected a preventive measure in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest”, – stated in the message.
Soon the indictment against the ill-minded woman will be sent to court for consideration on the merits.
