In Kharkov, will judge the 34-year-old named grandfather, who raped 10-year-old granddaughter

KIEV. 5 Feb. UNN. The Prosecutor’s office sent to the court named 34-year-old grandfather, who is suspected of raping a 10-year-old girl. Reports a press about it-service of Prosecutor’s office of Kharkiv region, reports UNN.

Kharkiv local Prosecutor’s office No. 1 directed to Lenin district court of Kharkiv indictment upon satisfaction of sexual passion in the unnatural way with use of physical violence committed against a minor (part 3 of article 153 of the criminal code of Ukraine) for 34-year-old named grandfather.

The man lived in the apartment of his 45-year-old concubine. Together with them lived a 10-year-old granddaughter of a woman. Grandmother, unaware of the intentions and criminal actions of the men often left the girl under the supervision of a roommate when I went to work.

One day in December 2017, after returning home, the woman saw that her boyfriend was raping her granddaughter.

Pre-trial investigation established that the man, staying with the girl repeatedly trying to persuade a child to have sexual relations. The girl refused. Ignoring her refusal, called the grandfather was physically abusive. The child did not tell an adult, he gave her money.

The suspect is now in custody.

The maximum sanction of article prescribes 15 years imprisonment.

As reported UNN, a suspect in the rape and murder of a 16 year old girl will be judged in the Odessa region.
