The Kharkiv District administrative court has satisfied the statement of the activists of the Kharkiv anti-corruption center about the suspension of decisions on increase of fare in the subway before the court decision on the merits.

This means the suspension of the new fares on the subway to the consideration of the claim on the merits. The decision comes into force on 20 February and Kharkiv will again pay 5 hryvnia for the trip, according to MyKharkov.
In a press-service of the Kharkov city Council reported that to comment on the abolition of tariffs will be only after the municipality will receive an official document with the decision of the District administrative court. According to them, to review the decision you will need a couple of days.
