In Kharkov near the memorial of glory there was a fight

In Kharkov, during flower-laying to the Glory Memorial was a clash between protesters Immortal regiment and Patriotic citizens. On it informs Agency UNIAN.

Today at 09:00 at the entrance to the Memorial of glory in Kharkov gathered about 5 thousand people willing to take part in laying the flowers. About 08:45 at the Memorial came about 50 protesters Immortal regiment. They took portraits of the participants of the Second world war on which was the inscription “Immortal regiment”. Some of the portraits were depicted St. George ribbon. Patriotic citizens were asked to remove the images from St. George’s ribbons, to avoid provocations, but the protesters Immortal regiment did not listen to them, resulting in the collision occurred, which could separate only the police.

Law enforcement officers then asked the participants Immortal regiment is not to go into the General column, not to provoke conflicts. Despite this, they formed a column and went to the laying of flowers. In a column participants of the action Immortal regiment chanted: “fascism will not pass” “thank you grandpa for the victory”, “victory will be ours”.

The laying of flowers took place without collisions.
