In Kharkov inspector SSES demanded from businessmen of a bribe
KIEV. April 12. UNN. The staff of the State Bureau of investigation and the security Service of Ukraine denounced 27-the summer employee of one of regional departments of the State service for emergency situations of repeated extortion and receiving bribes. It is reported by UNN citing the press service of the Prosecutor of Kharkiv region.
According to the report, pre-trial investigation in respect of the detainee is conducted under part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine (“Obtaining illegal benefit, combined with extortion”).
“Currently, the investigation has information about two episodes of receiving improper benefits. In one case, the entrepreneur paid a bribe for failure to check in another citizen also paid a bribe for unobstructed receipt of the necessary certificates. The total amount of illegally acquired funds amounted to 10 thousand 700 hryvnias. The money was discovered during the searches at the place of work and residence of the person involved in criminal proceedings”, – stated in the message.
The press service added that at present the issue of the announcement of suspicion to corrupt and election to it measures of restraint.
