In Kharkov detained the state performer on the bribe in 7 thousand dollars

In Kharkov the state performer of Department of the State Executive service of the Main territorial administration of justice in the Kharkiv region, was arrested on suspicion of bribery. About it reports a press-service of the police.

According to militiamen, the official demanded $7 thousand bribe.

“For that amount of money the official promised assistance in the solution of the question of compensation the decision of the court of the debt in favor of the citizen through the implementation of real estate (apartments) of the debtor. It was also documented in the attacker gaining the part of illegal benefit – $ 1000”, – stated in the message.

In fact, the Prosecutor’s office opened criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 368 (obtaining illegal benefit by the official) UK of Ukraine.
