In Kharkov detained the man who did the shooting

KIEV. 30 Oct. UNN. In Kharkiv police detained a man who few days ago made a fire. About it reports Department of communications GUNP in the Kharkiv region, reports UNN.

The police reported that on October 29, before the may day police Department received a report from a local resident that an unfamiliar man near the cafe and threatens him with a gun.

At the address police have detained 30-the summer man who has seized a device for shooting bullets. Experts have found in the store three bullets with rubber bullets and one in the chamber. With the credentials specified device by the police does not appear.

During carrying out expeditious actions police officers established that the detainee according to the description similar to the man who few days ago were shooting at people at the kiosks in the city. Then three young received injuries of varying severity. In the course of the investigation, the victims knew the attacker.

Pre-trial investigation conducted under part 4 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. To the detainee it is reported about suspicion in Commission of crime. He faces up to seven years of imprisonment. Now the court directed the election petition against the measure.
