In Kharkov detained the Deputy mayor of the Dnieper, which was wanted

KIEV. 25 Oct. UNN. Tonight the guards when making flight Istanbul-Kharkov detained the Deputy of the mayor of the city, the Dnieper river, which was wanted, reports UNN.

“Tonight at the time of registration for the flight Istanbul-Kharkov on one of the passengers has been activated database with the task search. We have completed all procedural steps, after which the citizen was transferred to the staff of the national police of Ukraine”, – reported the press service of the Eastern regional administration of State border service of Ukraine.

As reported by UNN in law enforcement, the detainee was the Deputy of the mayor of the city of Dnepr. However, the official comment to journalists while it could not be obtained.

We will remind, security Service of Ukraine documented the fact, as one of the Vice-mayor of the Dnieper transferred budgetary funds to the merchant from the temporarily occupied territories. In the framework of the initiated criminal proceedings Deputy mayor and two heads of structural divisions of the mayor’s office declared suspicion under part 5 article 191 (assignment, waste of property or taking to them by abuse of official position) and part 1 St. 366 (forgery) of the criminal code.

Earlier UNN reported that officials of the city Council of the Dnieper, the suspects in the misappropriation of 29,5 million UAH of budgetary funds, wanted. Other defendants remanded in custody.
