Investigators of Prosecutor’s office of Kharkiv region together with employees of the SBU in the region exposed the network of sale of narcotic and psychotropic substances, employees of the police. About it reports a press-service of the regional Prosecutor’s office.
Law enforcement authorities claim that the sale of drugs was organized by the jobless inhabitant of Kharkiv.
“In his apartment he manufactured and packaged psychotropic substances, amphetamine and marijuana. The finished “product” drug dealer distributed among the management staff of the patrol police of Kharkiv, as well as former employees of law enforcement bodies”, – said the head of the Kharkiv regional Prosecutor’s office Ivan Tarasov.
During the searches at the place of residence of the organizer of the network and its active members were seized amphetamine, cannabis, packing containers, tools for the manufacture, filling and use of drugs, and ammunition for firearms.

On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 St. 307 criminal code of Ukraine (illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, possession and sale of narcotics, committed repeatedly, on preliminary arrangement by group of persons).
Now the issue of declaring the defendants in the case of suspicion and the election of a preventive measure.
