“At the scene discovered the body of a boy under the age of 1 month. The kid was trussed up in a fragment of red cloth, wrapped in plastic package black in color and wrapped in duct tape”, – stated in the message.
The baby’s body sent to the morgue to determine the cause of death.
Material evidences are withdrawn.
Investigator information is entered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations according to p. 2 part 2 St. 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. All the circumstances and persons involved in the crime are established.
