In Ukraine against Elena Boyko are investigating the case on charges of separatism

In Kharkov court arrested expelled from Russian journalist Elena Boyko. She was sent to prison in Lviv, reports TASS with reference to the Russian lawyer Galina Perfilieva.

“When we talked to her last time, she was being taken to the court of Kharkov for election of a preventive measure. Currently, the court arrested her, and then my doveritelnyi will be sent to jail Lviv”, – said the lawyer.

Perfil stated that it intends to appeal the deportation of the journalist from Russia, adding that in Ukraine against Boyko are investigating the case on charges of separatism.

Elena Boyko was expelled from Russia for violating rules of stay in the country. In 2018, the court of Moscow has accepted the decision about her deportation.
