The defendant admitted his involvement in the fighting on the side of the Donetsk separatists. “My only fault that I went to fight in the East, not the West. If this had happened ten years ago, I would not have appeared before the court, because there was no such article of the Criminal code. So, we can conclude that I have not changed, and has changed the world, but the responsibility for this rests with me. This is my tragedy,” said the mercenary.

The court decided to send Christian Legocki for psychiatric examination.
