Juan Guido, who declared himself acting President of Venezuela, has called illegal the decision of the Venezuelan authorities to ban him from holding public posts for 15 years.

According to Guido, the head of the General control Department of the Venezuelan Elvis Amoroso has no right to make such decisions, reports TASS.
“The so-called General control Department does not exist, as there is no position of his head, none of it exists. Only the legitimately elected national Assembly is the only authority that can designate inspector”, he said.
Previously, the government of Venezuela banned Juan, Guido to hold public office for 15 years.
