GPU is Stavisky for investigation
Uncategorized December 13, 2017The Prosecutor General’s office summoned the former Minister of energy and coal industry Eduard Stavitsky for investigation in the status of suspect in criminal proceedings. The agenda is published on the website of the GPU.
According to the text of the agenda, Stavitsky should arrive at the Prosecutor General on 28 December at 9:30.
It is noted that the investigative and other procedural actions in respect of Stavisky should be conducted in criminal proceedings No. 42015000000002833 from 25.12.2015 under part 5 of article 191, part 3 of article 209, paragraph 5 of article 368, part 3 of article 27 part 2 of article 205, part 5 article 27, part 5 of article 191, part 5 article 27, part 3 of article 209, part 1 of article 366, part 3 of article 358 (article 358 of the criminal code of Ukraine in edition of the Law of 05.04.2001) of the criminal code of Ukraine.
Ex-energy Minister stavytsky was declared wanted by the 23 APR 2014. He is charged with embezzlement of property or taking to them by abuse of official position.
Stavitsky is a criminal case open on the facts of Commission of persons among the top leadership of the state of crimes under articles “assignment, property waste by abuse of official position in especially large sizes” and “legalization (laundering) of the incomes received by a criminal way”.
In April 2016 the chief military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios called for Israel, where he was handed over to the Minister of justice of Israel request the GPU to aid in the investigation of the case against Stavisky in particular on the presentation to him of suspicion.
