Got burned on a bribe the official Gosgeokadastra
KIEV. January 10. UNN. In Vinnytsia region employees of the security Service of Ukraine exposed on a bribe the head of one of regional departments of GU Gosgeokadastra. It is reported by UNN citing the press center of the SBU.
“With the assistance of the head of one of village councils of the region agreed on the intruder resident of Vinnytsia necessary documents for allocation of land plots of agricultural purpose with an area of six hectares in the bypass procedure established by law. The cost of their “services” the intruder was estimated at sixty thousand hryvnias”, – is spoken in the message.
Official detained in Vinnitsa when receiving a bribe in 30 thousand UAH. According to intelligence agencies, it was the second part of the “reward”.
In the framework of the open criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 368 Criminal code of Ukraine (receiving a bribe) the question of the ad is detained on suspicion in committing a crime and the election of its preventive measures.
Now law enforcement officers are investigating the circumstances of illegal activity and check information about involvement in the incident of the village head.
As reported by UNN, in Chernivtsi, the broker demanded a bribe for facilitating the rapid clearance of the car on avtonomera.
