From Odessa departed the USS Porter

KIEV. 17 Oct. UNN. From Odessa, left the ship naval US Navy USS Porter (DDG-78). About it UNN reported with reference to data management of the security Service of Ukraine in Odessa region.

“Ended a four-day visit of the US Navy warship USS Porter (DDG-78) in Ukraine. The ship, which was moored in the port of Odessa from 13 to 16 October, arrived as part of the expansion of international cooperation and strengthening of partnership relations of Ukraine with countries-members of NATO,” – said in management at Facebook.

As noted, this is the third since the beginning of 2019 the visit of a warship of the US Navy to Ukraine.

“In accordance with the program of the visit held a joint training of the American ship with the naval forces of Ukraine. Also for foreign crew conducted tours of historical sites in the region and sports activities”, – added in management.

We will remind, according to the General staff of the APU, the USS Porter arrived to Odessa to patrol the Black sea.
