The French company Lazareth Auto-Moto conducted a series of flight tests of advanced flying four-wheeled motorcycle LMV 496. A short video dedicated to the motorcycle test were published on YouTube.

Writes N+1, in contrast to the so-called hoverbike, LMV 496 fitted with wheels and can move along the roads and in the air he raise not the rotors, and a small JetCat turbojet engines placed in the wheels. The design of the bike allows to increase their number from four to six due to the installation of two additional engines in the center.

Judging by the video, before take-off the driver of the motorcycle have to stop and take special support. After that the wheels diverge to the sides and turn parallel to the ground. Then the engines start, and 140-pound motorcycle up in the air. Data on the speed and range of its flight in the company yet do not lead.

The lack of information can be explained by the fact that the bike only began to pass the tests. Yet LMV 496 were tested in hover at a height of one meter. In all cases the apparatus was attached to a special platform exhaust cables.

Lazareth Auto-Moto plans to begin accepting pre-orders for the flying motorcycle in October of this year. Value LMV 496 will be almost half a million euros.
