The Prosecutor asked for 14 years in prison for accused of participation in terrorist organizations of the Brazilian Raphael Marcus of Lusury.
Reports a press about it-service of Prosecutor’s office of Kiev.
“During a debate in the Pavlograd district court of Dnipropetrovsk region Prosecutor supported the entire volume is given in evidence in court and asked court to appoint accused punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 14 years with property confiscation”, – stated in the message.

It is noted that the accused during a debate pleaded guilty to part of his activities in the armed forces, however, denied involvement in terrorist organizations.
After hearing the parties, the court extended the detention of the accused until may 16, 2019, and appointed on 2 may 2019 date speeches of the accused the last word.
Then the court retired to the deliberation room for sentencing.
