For illegal machinations with food for the colonies in the Odessa region will judge the officials

ODESSA-KIEV. January 10. UNN. The military Prosecutor of the southern region of Ukraine completed pre-trial investigation and sent to court the indictment against officials of the southern inter-regional Department for execution of punishment and probation of the Ministry of justice for fraud with food for the colonies. About it the correspondent was reported to UNN in the press service of the Military Prosecutor of the southern region.

“The investigation has established that in contracts for the supply of food to correctional facilities in Odessa region head of logistics and chief specialist of Department of clothing and food provide the specified control of the Ministry of justice demanded from the citizen 50% of the net profit from each contract. All the attackers had received bribes worth almost 18 thousand UAH”, – stated in the message.

Taking into account obtained in the course of implementation of pre-judicial investigation of evidence, which fully prove the guilt of officials to detainees it is reported about suspicion in Commission of crime under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine. Now for the committed crime to them threatens till 10 years of imprisonment.

Recall that on 5 October last year, the mentioned persons were detained during receiving improper benefits.
