For illegal loft Builder in Odessa fined 3 million UAH

KIEV. April 25. UNN. Private enterprise, which illegally added onto the attic floor on the building on the street of Tiraspol in the centre of Odessa, a fine of 3 million UAH. This is reported by UNN citing the press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region.

“It is established that private enterprise without permits has carried out construction works in the historical center of Odessa on the street of Tiraspol, namely built on the attic floor on the building. In this regard, the developer entered an order to eliminate detected violations and imposed fines amounting to almost 3 million UAH”, – stated in the message

Odessa local Prosecutor’s office No. 3 (Primorsky region) performs procedural management in criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 298 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (deliberate illegal destruction, destruction or damage of cultural heritage objects).

As reported UNN , on 24 April, the SBU in Odessa region withdrew a record amount of smuggled amphetamine.
