Five people were injured in a road accident in Lviv region

KIEV. March 10. UNN. In the Lviv region in a traffic accident five people suffered. This was reported to UNN in the press service of the police in Lviv region.

Road accident has occurred yesterday, on March 9 at 18:40 on the highway Kyiv – Chop in the village of tukhol’ka.

As established previously, the law enforcement officers, the driver of the car VOLKSWAGEN LT35, 50-the summer inhabitant of Vinnytsia, moving in the direction of the chop, moving in turn lost control, causing the vehicle overturned.

In result of road accident three passengers, a 57-year-old and 60-year-old resident of Vinnytsia, as well as 70-year-old resident of Cherkasy region, is hospitalized in surgical Department with a diagnosis “closed craniocerebral injury, brain concussion, bruises and abrasions”.

The other two passengers, 49-year-old resident of Cherkasy region and 29-the summer inhabitant of the Ternopol area, sought medical help.

Militiamen establish circumstances of road accident. On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 286 (violation of traffic safety or transport operation by persons which operate the vehicle) the criminal code of Ukraine. The maximum punishment provided by the sanction of article – till three years of restriction of freedom with deprivation of the right to operate vehicles for the same period.

As reported UNN, the Prosecutor’s office of Zhytomyr region are investigating a deadly accident involving military.
