“The European Council asked high representative of the Union for foreign Affairs and security policy Federica Mogherini to withdraw the head of the EU delegation in the Russian Federation for consultations in Brussels. Head of the representative office received instructions from Mogherini. It is expected that he will arrive in Brussels for consultations with the high representative this weekend”, – stated in the message.
