State enterprise “NAEK “Energoatom” in 2018 has sent more than three billion hryvnias for technical re-equipment and reconstruction of the Rivne nuclear power plant, part of the state-owned companies, the press service of “Energoatom”.

“In 2018 major capital investments on RAES was aimed at technical re-equipment, reconstruction and more than three billion hryvnias”, – is told in the message.
It is noted that for capital construction Rivne nuclear power plant sent more than 35 million UAH of funds, which confirms the fact that the planned development of the enterprise.
“The main challenge in 2018 for RAES was the life extension of power unit No. 3 to which the staff of the plant successfully managed. Rivne nuclear power plant was the only nuclear station in Ukraine, which managed to increase superdesign period of operation of the third unit in 20 years”, – informs the company.
Furthermore, Energoatom said that the goal for 2019, except for performance of works on technical re-equipment of power units RNPP, is the completion of new facilities, particularly rehabilitation and Wellness center, technical center automated remote controls metal.
