Elections in 51 GSS: in the Poltava region most violations

The police did not allow violations of public order during the elections in 51 of the United territorial community. About it reports a press-service of the Channel.

“As of 21:00, the police received 73 reports of violations, opened 12 criminal proceedings”, – noted in press service.

The press service said that under article 160 of the Criminal code (bribery of voters, referendum participants) there is only one opened trade in Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Mykolaiv regions, three production and four in Chernihiv – Poltava regions.

Also in Cherkasy and Poltava regions, the police started criminal proceedings under article 158 (falsification of election documents).
