Dynamo released an official statement which clarifies the position of the club in a dispute with the football Federation of Ukraine about match with “Mariupol”.

After the decision of the FFU about the award of the Kiev technical defeat for absence on a match “Dynamo” addressed in the CAS and is trying to expedite the issue there as it could seriously affect the team’s position after the first part of the championship and the division into two sixes.

However, according to the Kyiv club, FFU otherwise delay the proceedings.

“Dynamo” in the full text of the appeal explained the need for the CAS decision in the shortest period, namely until 20 February 2018. The “Dynamo” suggested that the court should give the parties prior to this date short text of the decision (result part).

Obviously, FFU never for a long time showed his interest in the case was considered in the shortest line with a minimum of harm to competition. At the time, like “Dynamo” the stability of competition and the possibility of implementation of the decision of the CAS was more important than his own comfort,” – says the official statement of the club.

Dynamo said that FFU was asked several times to postpone the consideration of the case once after the injury lawyer that he suffered during skiing.

According to the Kyiv club, CAS invited the parties to undertake to consider the matter on February 12, with than Dynamo agreed. The representatives of the FFU also don’t mind that date, provided, however, that “there is no need to hold a hearing, and the decision can be taken based on documents that are already available to CAS.”

Also “Dynamo” stated that FFU has not paid their part of the CAS court costs, for the Federation did the Kiev club.
