During the ATO the sappers cleared an estimated 178 thousand dangerous objects

With the outbreak of hostilities in the Donbass sappers Armed forces of Ukraine neutralized 177 000 728 explosive objects. This was reported by press Secretary of the Ministry of defence on ATO Maxim Prout at the briefing, reports UKRINFORM.

“During the week, members of the Armed forces of Ukraine checked about 6.5 hectares in the presence of explosive devices and defused 179. Since the beginning of ATO demining unit checked about 3 thousand 640 hectares of the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions and defused 177 000 728 explosive subjects”, – said the speaker.
