Downdetector reported global to fail Instagram

KIEV. 19 Aug. UNN. Service Downdetector, which monitors the work of various Internet resources, reported problems, Instagram, reports UNN with reference to the resource data.
People complain that you can’t log in to a social network: 83% of complaints are connected with this problem. 13% say being able to download Instagram.
According to Downdetector, the problem with Instagram is observed in Germany, France, Brazil, Austria, Spain. On the territory of Ukraine the problems observed in the capital, as well as in Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro and Odessa.
Users Downdetector note that problems continue daily service from 14 August.
As reported by UNN, in Instagram introduced a feature to combat the misinformation.
