DNC banned the service, the priest for trying to capture the Cathedral in Odessa

KIEV. April 12. UNN. The Orthodox Church of Ukraine has banned the worship of one of the archpriests for trying to take control of the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ in Odessa. This was announced by Odessa diocesan administration ptsu, reports UNN.

According to the Department ptsu, Manager of the Odessa diocese of the Orthodox Church in Ukraine, Bishop Paul rebuked the priesthood of Archpriest Vitaly Senik, who from the beginning of 2019 “ignored the orders of the ruling Bishop and does not leave attempts to take control of the Cathedral of the Nativity of Christ in Odessa.

Archpriest also deprived of the right of submission of blessing, and to wear a pectoral cross to complete repentance and correction.

We will remind, Russia has used all possible means to Orthodox Churches for as long as possible did not recognize the Ukrainian Church.

Now the DNC has about 7,000 parishes, of which almost a thousand accounts for Lviv oblast.
