Defense Ministry promises to introduce 134 NATO standard
As of July 1, 2017 pursuant to the objectives of the partnership implemented 24 standard
By 2020, the Ministry of defense of Ukraine shall implement 134 NATO standard.
About it it is spoken in the official reply of the Ministry of defence on request 112.ua.
In November 2015, the Minister of defence Stepan Poltorak approved the execution Plan of main measures on transition of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to NATO standards. The plan says that by 2020, our country must carry out reforms in the defense Ministry and that these steps will make our army like the army of the Alliance.
According to the official account of the Ministry of defense, by 2020 the processing of subject 134 NATO standard, in order to use them to develop their own documents.
“As of July 1, 2017 pursuant to the objectives of the partnership implemented 24 standard NATO through the development of 21 national and military regulatory document,” the letter reads.
