Defense creates the psychological Institute of the army

The Ministry of defense decided to create an Institute of moral-psychological support of the army. This is stated in the message of the press service of the Ministry.

“Today it was decided to establish on the basis of the National Academy of Land forces Institute of moral and psychological support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is an extremely important element of life forces and such officers need to prepare together with those who are performing combat missions, are commanders of divisions and then become a commander,” said the defense Minister Stepan Poltorak.

On Wednesday, the Minister inspected the training facilities of the International centre of peacekeeping and security in Lviv region.

30 may 2017, the Minister of defense signed an order on conscription of reserve officers in 2017.
