The father of the murdered activist declares that the referral of the case of the Pavlovsk from Kiev to Odessa court is an attempt to break up the murder of his daughter at all.

Gandzyuk claims that the Prosecutor’s office is going to approve the agreement with Pavlovsky (plea – UNIAN), but informed the victims not put. He is convinced that in this way the Prosecutor’s office is trying to destroy the business.

Gandzyuk also added that today appealed to the court to be recognized as a victim in the case of Paul.

According to her, in the seaside court of the GPU will try to approve the agreement with Pavlovsky concluded without the consent of the victims.

7 may 2019, the Prosecutor General’s office sent to court indictment against five defendants in the case about the murder of activist: Nikita Grabchuk, Vladimir Vasyanovych, Vyacheslav Vishnevsky, Sergei Torbin and Viktor Gorbunov.

On 6 June a court declared them the sentences. The organizer of the run for the attempted murder of Gandzyuk Torbin sentenced to 6 years and 6 months imprisonment. The perpetrator of Grabchuk got 6 years in prison. Accused of aiding vasyanovych and Gorbunov was sentenced to 4 and 3 years imprisonment respectively, the accomplice Wisniewski received 4 years of prison.

In the case of murder Gandzyuk featured previously convicted citizen, Alexei Levin, Chairman of the Kherson regional Council Vladislav Munger and former assistant people’s Deputy from “BPP” Nikolay Palamarchuk Igor Pavlovsky.

Public activists believe that the murder Gandzyuk involved a former Chairman of the Kherson regional state administration Andrey Gordeyev, the former Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Eugene Reduc.

June 19 father of the murdered activist on his page in Facebook published an open letter in which he asked President Vladimir Zelensky on the confidential meeting with him and the activists of the movement “Who ordered Kate Gandzyuk?”. Zelensky replied to the letter and agreed to meet.

29 Jul father Gandzyuk told reporters about encouraging meeting with the President of Ukraine: “the previous President lacked the political will. After meeting with the new President, I think that he in this direction is the political will missing.”
