Danyluk discussed with a delegation from the US Department of defense militarization of the Russian Federation black sea region
KIEV. July 8. UNN. Secretary of the national security Council and defense of Ukraine Alexander danyluk met with a delegation of the Ministry of defense of the United States of America under the chairmanship of the Director of the Department of Balkan, Caucasus and black sea region, Office of the Deputy Secretary of defense for policy, Catherine Sendak, reports UNN , citing the press service of the NSDC.
As reported in the press service, during the meeting the sides discussed prospects of cooperation between Ukraine and USA in the fields of security and defence, particularly in the development of the Armed forces of Ukraine, cybersecurity, logistics, conduct a comprehensive security sector review and preparation of documents of strategic planning in this area. In addition, agreed on the need to deepen cooperation in the preparation of the Ukrainian military.

“Catherine Sendak assured of the readiness of the United States continue to assist Ukraine on the way of implementation of defense reforms”, – is spoken in the message.
At the same time, the Ukrainian side drew the attention of the American partners on the active militarization of Russia to the black sea region, the report said.
The parties agreed that the situation in the region poses a security threat not only for Ukraine but for the entire Euro-Atlantic area.
