In Odessa law enforcement authorities released 16 people arrested yesterday during the riot on the walk of Fame during the celebration of Day of liberation from the Nazis.

“But, unfortunately, some citizens did not heed the recommendations of law enforcement agencies to prevent all forms of violations of public order during mass events. As a result, in police departments were delivered to 16 people of various political preferences”, – emphasized in Department.

Five of the detainees is composed of 6 protocols: three – under article 173 (disorderly conduct), two under article 195-6 (violation of order of production, storage, transportation, sale and use of fireworks) and one 185 (malicious disobedience to the lawful order or request of a police officer while performing his official duties) of the Code of Ukraine about administrative violations.

Also opened two criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 296 (hooliganism) and part 1 of article 436 (war propaganda) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
