Also, the Verkhovna Rada has instructed the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine during the first half of the year to introduce a system of risk-based approach to conducting audits. The solution adopted with the amendment of the first Deputy Minister of economic development Maxim Nefyodov that governments can get out from under the moratorium, if you will introduce a new risk-based system audits.
As reported UNN, the moratorium on inspections of business in Ukraine operates since 2014. The decision was taken to end the pressure on entrepreneurs from the regulatory authorities than to eliminate corruption and to stimulate the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
However, in nearly 3 years the prohibition on inspections, as experts state, there has been a significant deterioration of the situation in the consumer market of the country: the decline in the quality of food, increased the number of counterfeit goods on the supermarket shelves, cases of mass poisoning, both among adults and children.

According to him, it was unsanitary conditions and lack of control often provoke outbreaks of infectious disease, poisoning in schools in different regions of the country.
