Berlin about Russia’s withdrawal from SCCC: Escalation will be on the conscience of Russia

About it the representative of the government of Germany Ulrike Demmer said at a briefing in Berlin, commenting on the recent telephone conversation Chancellor Angela Merkel and Russian President Vladimir Putin, reports UKRINFORM.
“The Federal government hopes that the Russian side will reconsider its decision and refuse this step, otherwise, any further aggravation of the situation and related casualties will be the responsibility of Russia”, – said the speaker.
