Maxim Efimov believes that Parkovy center can bring significant tax revenues to the capital budget and work on the image of Ukraine

Verkhovna Rada Deputy from the faction “Block of Petro Poroshenko” Maxim Efimov has bought Congress and exhibition center “Parkovy” (Kiev).
About it the Deputy wrote on his page in Facebook.
“The interest in this object I didn’t hide it and studied its investment attractiveness. I think that “Park” could claim the status of a national cultural hub of the European level. That’s my goal. After the court decision on cancellation of arrest of property complex new investor actually gets open opportunities for the management and development of CVAC”, – he wrote.
According to the Deputy CEC “the Park” can become the largest platform for the most important economic and cultural events that bring significant tax revenues to the capital budget and work on the image of Ukraine.

“At the same time as MP I have no right to engage in commercial activities and, of course, will not do it. The beneficiary of this business was made by my mother, Lyubov Yefimova. The right to engage in operating activities the management investor is planning to entrust an international company with a good reputation,” he added.
According to him, negotiations with potential partners are already underway, and soon will be presented the concept of development of kongressno-the exhibition centre “Park”.

- In 2017, GPU argued that the “helipad” Yanukovych is owned by the state.
