Began negotiations Poroshenko with Mattis

After the talks Poroshenko and Mattis are going to make statements for journalists.

According to the White house, in Kiev during meetings with representatives of the Ukrainian authorities Mattis will emphasize the United States ‘ commitment to the strategic partnership with Ukraine, as well as give some tips for capacity-building forces.
