25-year-old British woman Emily Charlton-Smith from Stratford-upon-Avon ordered bikini in our online shop PrettyLittleThing before holiday in Spain.
However when the girl climbed out of the pool, she realized with horror that her swimsuit is fully transparent and other vacationers can see her naked body.
The indignant poor thing Charlton Smith wrote a complaint to the manufacturer and demanded compensation for the money spent. However, the response of the representatives of the company surprised the British: not only that, they said that the swimsuit is designed exclusively for relaxation by the pool – in addition, she was asked to send a video in which she demonstrates how transparent swimsuit on her body.
“I’m not even sure which is worse: the request of the employee PrettyLittleThing send us a video with a transparent swimsuit or their customer service, claiming that their swimsuit is not permitted”, — wrote in the social network upset client.
