The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said that the court detained the Deputy head of the Odessa oil refinery Dmitry Veremeev. He was able to come out on bail in the amount of 15 million hryvnia.

Lutsenko recalled that on Friday, 21
APR, Dmitry Veremeev was arrested on suspicion of fictitious
export of oil products from the Odessa oil refinery. The investigators believe that the thief time
Yanukovych under the leadership Veremeyeva through LLC “Laguna-Reni” was
organized fictitious re-export of more than 700 thousand tons of light petroleum products,
implemented the same fictitious companies without paying any taxes.

As a result, Ukraine lost more than
2 billion hryvnias in the state Treasury.

Yeremeyev bail was set at $ 15 million
UAH.

Earlier media reported that on Friday was
arrested Dmitry Veremeev, Deputy head of the Odessa refinery, which is suspected
illegal scheme and export of petroleum products.
