Drug addicts and alcoholics are “treated” there’s violence and prayers

In Kharkov militiamen found an illegal “rehabilitation center”, in which about 40 people “treated” for addiction and alcoholism prayers and violence.
About it reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of the Kharkov area with reference to the head of the local Prosecutor’s office No. 4 Vladimir Kupriyanov.
“Center” was discovered 22 March. He was in one of the houses in the private sector in the Moscow district of the city. During a court-sanctioned search of the house discovered 39 women and men.
“Today, patients “treated” in school, applied psychological violence. They were taken documents and mobile phones, forcibly kept indoors in improper and unsanitary conditions without adequate nutrition and medical care. As a “treat” patients read the Bible and prayed,” – said Kupriyanov.

On three floors the building houses a bedroom with bunk beds, a kitchen and several bathrooms. Some of the beds lay dirty mattresses and blankets. Some of them actually had no bed linen. The premises are poorly heated. In a separate room from the ceiling dripping water, and the walls are covered with mold. All the Windows were closed and no handles to open, but interior doors fitted with closing devices and locks.
