The Antimonopoly Committee has closed the case against the three mobile operators – Kyivstar, Vodafone and lifecell regarding the use in advertising 3G coverage wordings which may mislead consumers.

This is stated on the website of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU).

According to the report, the decision to dismiss taken in connection with the implementation of the recommendations of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in full and in a timely fashion by all operators.

Recommendations of the AMCU has written to mobile operators in December 2018.
