Almost half of Ukrainians feel safe on the streets at night – MIA

According to the survey conducted by the sociological group “Rating” on behalf of the International Republican Institute this year, 48% of citizens after dark going home feel safe. In 2015-2016, the figure was 51%.
The most vulnerable feel the residents of the southern regions – 20-29%.
In addition, according to the poll, the level of approval of activity of the institutions of police in 2017 is 42% compared to 38% last year and 22% in 2015.
It should be noted that the activities of the army this year endorsed 61% of the citizens. In 2016, the figure was 62% and in 2015 is 63%.
As reported UNN, the EU will help to reform the 20 police stations of the three areas.
