Almost half of Ukrainians feel safe on the streets at night – MIA

KIEV. April 28. UNN. Safe feel 48% of Ukrainian citizens going home after dark. Appropriate to a poll published on the Facebook page of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine, reports UNN.

According to the survey conducted by the sociological group “Rating” on behalf of the International Republican Institute this year, 48% of citizens after dark going home feel safe. In 2015-2016, the figure was 51%.

The most vulnerable feel the residents of the southern regions – 20-29%.

In addition, according to the poll, the level of approval of activity of the institutions of police in 2017 is 42% compared to 38% last year and 22% in 2015.

It should be noted that the activities of the army this year endorsed 61% of the citizens. In 2016, the figure was 62% and in 2015 is 63%.

As reported UNN, the EU will help to reform the 20 police stations of the three areas.
