Authorities the Italian municipality of Sambuca di Sicilia announced a campaign: sale houses for the symbolic price of one Euro. It is reported by CNN.
The initiative aims to attract to the city suffering from depopulation, new residents and improve its appearance. On sale dozens of historical sites. A prerequisite for customers – they are obliged to repair the house for three years, spending not less than 15 thousand euros. In addition, they contribute to the city Treasury a Deposit of five thousand euros it will be returned after repair.

About ten objects included in the program have already been implemented. Requests for the purchase of homes come mainly from Switzerland, France and Spain.
Earlier it was reported that PrivatBank plans to attract leading consulting company for sales of the resort “Bukovel”, the stadium “Dnepr” and other large objects.
