This was stated by former Deputy chief of the Ukrainian General staff Igor Romanenko. He explained that in this case, in the region of “revolutionary situation”. In the state Duma said that such statements show the influence of Washington’s policy of Kiev. Experts emphasize that the Ukrainian authorities have already announced the blockade of Donbass, but this has not led to protests and change of power in Donetsk and Lugansk.
