Victims of Typhoon “Toraja” in the South-Central part of Vietnam were 13 people, four are still missing.
As writes AR, all 13 victims – residents of Nha Trang city, located in the Central province of Khanh Hoa.

Missing looking for about 600 soldiers from high-risk areas evacuated people .
Now the storm weakened to a tropical depression and is located in the district of Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan provinces in the South-East of the country.
Note, in the South of Japan as the result of a squally wind caused by Typhoon Centres, two persons were lost, even more 100 have suffered.
In the Tokyo area, recorded the highest force of the wind, the speed of which exceed 160 kilometers per hour. Gusts of wind tore trees and billboards, tore roofs and overturned cars.
