Victims of Typhoon “Toraja” in the South-Central part of Vietnam were 13 people, four are still missing.
As writes AR, all 13 victims – residents of Nha Trang city, located in the Central province of Khanh Hoa.

Missing looking for about 600 soldiers from high-risk areas evacuated people .
Now the storm weakened to a tropical depression and is located in the district of Binh Thuan and Ninh Thuan provinces in the South-East of the country.
