In the Carpathian region prosecutors state income confiscated an excavator and “KAMAZ”

KIEV. 9 Mar. UNN. In the Carpathian region Tysmenytsya city Prosecutor’s office appeal made the confiscation to the state income of the excavator and the truck “KAMAZ”, which was an instrument of the offence, reports UNN citing the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of Ivano-Frankivsk region.

It is noted that the district court after verdict in criminal proceedings on the fact of illegal extraction of sand and gravel from the river Dniester has appointed two offenders to pay 6800 hryvnias of a penalty, but the technique, which was carried out illegal mining operations, were returned to the owners.

However, due to response of the Prosecutor, the court of appeal ordered the confiscation of the specified transport.
