GPU is investigating the case of a Thriller, tortured pregnant women

The Pechersky regional court of Kiev allowed the implementation of the special pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings against the leader of an illegal armed units “Vsevelikogo don army” LPR citizen of the Russian Federation Nikolay Kozitsyn. About it reports a press-service GPU.

According to the report, Kozitsyn in April 2014 on the territory of the Russian Federation has created an illegal armed formation “Vsevelikogo don army” from among the Russian citizens and other persons.

At the head of this formation Kozitsyn illegally invaded the territory of Ukraine until November 2014 in the Luhansk region as part of the LNR terrorist organization organized and directly participated in attacks on the soldiers of the ATO, said the HCP.

“In addition to that, Kozitsin arranged assaults on volunteers, journalists, clerics and other civilians from the local community with the aim of taking their property, illegal deprivation of liberty, detention in inhuman conditions, beatings, abuse, torture and other ill-treatment of prisoners, including pregnant women,” – said in the message.

Soon the indictment against Kozitsyn will be sent to court, where it will be initiated by the implementation of special trial.

As reported in November 2014, Kozitsyn was detained by fighters of special forces of Russian FSB Vympel and taken to Russia.

The DNI and LC – terrorist organizations seized with the support of the Russian Federation of the Donetsk and Lugansk region of Ukraine. Both organizations created, funded and maintained by Russia, where, among other things, the terrorists are getting fighters, trainers, and heavy equipment, weapons, ammunition, and fuel.
